The location of the hotel is ideal for those visiting the church of Sta Maria. It's also close to the Assisi city center, and the train station is a short walk. the rooms are well-maintained, and the bedding is comfortable. It's also a great place for those who enjoy a quiet night's sleep.
The staff's professionalism could be improved.

I had an excellent stay in the hotel. The staff were very kind and professional, and they made me feel like a guest in their own house. The location is perfect because it is near the train station and the church of Sta Maria. I can walk quickly to the Assisi city center, and there are many restaurants nearby. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the parking lot and the transportation, was excellent.

The breakfast had a good selection with fresh bread and a variety of spreads to choose from. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the nearby town and attractions. It was also easy to find a parking spot when arriving by car.
Our Easter stay at the hotel was marred by the lack of heating in the room. The chilly weather made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night and we had to ask for an extra blanket.

Great Value and Convenient Location the hotel offered clean and functional rooms at a great price. the breakfast had a variety of typical continental options, and the coffee was decent. the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
Basic and Noisy the hotel lacked any luxury amenities and was quite basic with no added frills. the walls did not provide sufficient soundproofing and noise from the corridor could be heard from within the room.
